Join us for our 4th annual Spark in the Dark party the week before Halloween! There will be games, food, prizes, candy, and more! Invite your friends and family! Costumes welcome.

Note: This is not a “normal” KidLife Club night – we are not meeting in separate groups and leaders are not responsible for watching the children. We want this to be a family event, so come join your kids for a night of fun! It’s also a great time to invite friends and neighbors to RRC. Hot dogs will be available along with other snacks. If you have any questions, please call 866-2308 or email connect@rockfordrc.org.

Baby Bottle Blessings

May 13 – June 17, 2018

RRC is once again partnering with Alpha Family Center of Cedar Springs to raise money for their organization. Alpha Family Center is a Christ-centered ministry that serves women and families who face an unwanted, unplanned, or at-risk pregnancy. By educating women who face a crisis pregnancy, women and their families are able to make informed decisions.

To participate in the Baby Bottle Blessings fundraiser, please pray for the center, take home an empty baby bottle, and fill it with your spare change, dollar bills, or checks (made out to Alpha Family Center). Bottles will be available at RRC on Mother’s Day, May 13. Please return them by Father’s Day, June 17. We will return them to Alpha Family Center for you. This is a great opportunity to teach our children about sharing God’s love while making a difference in the community!

VBS

June 24-27, 2018 • 6-8pm

Calling all kids ages 3 years through those who are in (or have just completed) 5th grade! Join us for four nights at Shipwrecked VBS, where kids will discover how Jesus rescues them through life’s storms. At Shipwrecked, kids will participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s love, and test out Sciency-Fun Gizmos they’ll take home and play with all summer long. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with the Sail Away Sendoff that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned.
