Connections Central is your first step. From here, we will help you get it online, on the calendar, on facebook, or wherever it needs to go.

When providing info for a new event, be sure to provide all of the necessary details:

  • Who is this for?
  • When is it? (dates, times, deadlines)
  • Where is it?
  • Who do people need to contact for more information? (avoid personal information if you do not want it on the internet)
  • Do you need sign-up sheets, registration, etc.?

 

Ways we may distribute your information:

  • Weekly email (eBeacon):
    sent out on Mondays, deadline is Monday at 8:00 am
  • Sunday bulletin:
    deadline is Wednesday at noon
  • Sunday media screen:
    deadline is Wednesday at noon
  • Special email (eBlast):
    deadline is one week prior to event
  • RRC website:
    deadline is two days prior to post
  • RRC facebook:
    deadline is two days prior to post
  • Bi-monthly newsletter (The Beacon):
    sent out every other month, deadline is the 15th of Dec, Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct
  • Flyers/posters/postcards/etc.:
    deadline is one week prior to event
  • Online calendar:
    info will be added as it is received
